Service Description

​Kati Basti is a very effective Ayurvedic treatment to aid discomfort and pacify symptoms in the lumbar sacral region It is a pooling treatment where a dough well made from urad gram flour is placed on the lumbar back and warm medicated oil is gradually and methodically pooled, then removed. This warm oil, as well as being lubricating, softens the tissues and increases blood flow easing tension in the sacral region, providing greater flexibility and movement. Indications: -Sciatica -Lower back pain -Slipped spinal discs -Prolapsed vertebra -Muscle spasms -Lumbar scoliosis\spondylosis -Vertebral bone spurs -Osteoporosis -Degenerative disc disease *This service includes a massage of the lumbosacral region and Swedana treatment which is sweat therapy, helping to draw out and eliminate toxicity from the region -CONCESSION\PENSIONER $10 off the full price-
